Awful company,will not provide anti nausea medication since May 22 and was late in providing my glp1 so missed weekly injections.
Just Awful
Please just stay away from this company. They will steal your money. No real support and after you pay they won’t send your refills because the app conveniently won’t let you fill out refill request. And the support won’t help you and there’s nothing you can do but file a report with the BBB, but that won’t get your money back or get you the drug you paid for.

I was using this app for about 2 weeks. As if getting all my personal tracking information for free to share with 3rd parties wasn’t enough, today they booted me out of the system without warning and I lost all my food logs and progress tracking without being able to record it.
Previously it was a free app, but now you can only join if you have a purchase global meds from them. I understand them wanting to have a membership model, but they changed overnight to this model and didn’t tell anyone.
They obviously don’t see the financial benefits of collecting data like other apps. I don’t even live in the U.S. so I can’t buy their medication if I wanted to.
There isn’t really anything special about this app compared to others aside from you can track the date of your shot and symptoms in you have any. The food recording is like any other free app or $10 flat fee app you can find in the App Store.

Deleting items
Love the app but can not delete items that are double up also can not edit amount.
No support!
I received a broken vial and it was sent in a IKEA ziplock bag. Instructions were unclear and I have waited 5 days to hear from a provider. Still waiting
Moving on to a different provider
I have had it with the shipping and communications problems. My meds are always late. The last shipment was sent to the wrong coastline despite me having 5 confirmations they had the address change straight. My friends don’t get their meds either and we find ourselves having to pair up to keep from having always be 1-2 weeks late getting the medicine.

they recently changed the interface
and it’s much worse. it no longer shows GLP1 shots alongside weight check-ins which was the whole entire point of the app. i will be deleting and moving on because the app sucks anyway

This is a scam! They charged my card instantly even when decided to not go through with the product after the initial consultation
Great meds experience, app is awful
This is from four months in, and for the last month and a half, EVERY APP INTERACTION results in a request to rate with stars. You cannot get out of this, it won’t go away, there’s no way out of the loop. Should you need to log a shot and your weight? You literally have to quit the app and relaunch to try to do the second thing. It’s one of the worst, unfeeling user experiences I’ve ever seen in a lifetime of working with UX. I’ve been happy with the meds side of it, but this experience is so bad, and has been going on for so long despite feedback it’s making me want to find a new provider

No results for 3 months
For 3 months nothing has declined. Ive been on weight loss meds for several times and have have had positive results. I dont think this is thr same at all.

Glitchy app. Rate Us survey pops and blocks app EVERY TIME I OPEN APP. Very annoying.
Problems
Cannot operate most things in app due to overlap items. Hard to scroll. Gained 4 pounds on your $540 of tri compound!
App annoying
This app would be fantastic if it didn’t ask its users to “rate it” every single time you enter information… I already rated it for one thing and for another, I have only used it for a week! I don’t have an opinion on it yet! The rating prompt needs to go. Please fix it! The rest of the app from what I’ve seen so far is super helpful!

Shipping/Delivery
Questionnaire was fast easy process, scheduling an appointment with a doctor was ok, had time slots listed that you couldn’t actually book. Getting approved for the medication was fast. HOWEVER the turn around for the shipping and delivery is unreasonable. 3 to 5 days before the medication ships and another 3 to 5 days before medication is delivered to your home.

Used to be fine
I used to use this, Shotsy and GIApp, but a recent update to this means that I am getting asked to review this app after EVERY SINGLE ACTION, with no "X" button to close it (I had to hard kill the app to get back to the main page). Well here's your review. That made the app unusable, so I am uninstalling it. I understand asking me to review once a week or two, but not after entering my weight daily.

No from Gala. No to Gala
Do not use Gala. Worst customer experience ever. They are not able to continue my medication at the level I was taking. I asked for a refund so I could continue where I was. It is denied. Over $550 denied with zero empathy to the customer. Once you sign up, they are keeping your money even if you decide against it because they cannot serve you at your current level. So I guess Im starting over and cancelling immediately. If you enjoy jumping thru hoops, speaking primarily to ai (unless you call and get transferred for about an hour) and receiving nothing, this is for you. Otherwise run. I informed them I would be sharing my experience. They didn’t care, so here it is.

Not the best APP
Will not let me log my weight, when it does , it does not keep track of the previous weight or starting weight just the current weight. Not really a big deal but would be nice for the App to work the way it advertises. A
