Horrible user experience
The app is so bad it makes me not want to use Gala. You can’t log on with a password and need to go through email each time. What a waste of time. The service is good but the app is terrible. Fix the app so that it’s at least up to date from 10 years ago and Gala would be awesome.

Wiped out my data and progress. Started GALA almost a year ago and last week all of my recorded weight loss and progress went back to day 1. It recorded my current weight aas if Ive lost nothing during months of shots and progress. When updates by IT are added seems that the App ends up with glitches

Would love to continue with Gala but…
Great at first, but started to have issues with delivery times and there are NO customer service agent to help. Due to my work, I was unable to get exact timelines for deliveries. Also, they will continue to charge you full amount for next refill even if you have not used all of your refills😤🤬. At this rate, I might as well switched to in town service where I can go and pick it up myself and talk to real people in person who can help with every asset billing, dosage, and availability.

Buggy app
I have deleted and reloaded this app three times but it is still buggy. I have sent messages to customer service and have not received a fix. My Glp1 Refill “on hold” until fixed. There seems to be no sense of urgency of part of Gala.
Terrible comunication false advertisement
Signed up since 8/24th/26 and have been unable to talk to anyone! Had multiple video appointments to which they either provided a faulty link or provider didn’t show up. It is now 9/8/2026 and since have not been contacted or received any response to any of my emails other than automated responses
Could never recommend
Gala is a service that is operated by Ai. Other than the initial consultation, you will never speak to a real human. I had no issues the first time using this service but the second renewal was a nightmare. I went months without my medication. I tried calling and they don’t have a number. I emailed and sent messages on the chat almost daily and it wasn’t until I started posting on their TikTok and BBB that they got back to me.

Awful service
Absolutely awful service. After asking multiple times for my subscription to be paused and cancelled, I’m still being shown as active. They have 4 days left now (first request was made over 2 weeks ago) until they process my payment again. Awful customer support. No one to speak to about it. All operated by AI. Stay away from this company.

App has bugs, not being able to refill right away, can’t scroll all the way down within questionnaire form, false reflection that user already spoke with the physician, it seems that MD form has been filled out without you talking to him
Change plan
There is no change plan option on the app that I can find. On the web version the change plan option is not working. I tried one month at $179 to make sure if felt ok on the compounded med. I have been on the brand name for a year. I feel good on the compounded and have been trying to get my plan changed for days. I am told it will be fixed before my next bill on August 10th. My fear is that I will be charged the $399 for the monthly plan. I check In each day and am told the same thing. Not to worry it’s being changed manually before August the 10th. I am feeling very uneasy and may need to cancel.

Awful company,will not provide anti nausea medication since May 22 and was late in providing my glp1 so missed weekly injections.
Just Awful
Please just stay away from this company. They will steal your money. No real support and after you pay they won’t send your refills because the app conveniently won’t let you fill out refill request. And the support won’t help you and there’s nothing you can do but file a report with the BBB, but that won’t get your money back or get you the drug you paid for.

I was using this app for about 2 weeks. As if getting all my personal tracking information for free to share with 3rd parties wasn’t enough, today they booted me out of the system without warning and I lost all my food logs and progress tracking without being able to record it.
Previously it was a free app, but now you can only join if you have a purchase global meds from them. I understand them wanting to have a membership model, but they changed overnight to this model and didn’t tell anyone.
They obviously don’t see the financial benefits of collecting data like other apps. I don’t even live in the U.S. so I can’t buy their medication if I wanted to.
There isn’t really anything special about this app compared to others aside from you can track the date of your shot and symptoms in you have any. The food recording is like any other free app or $10 flat fee app you can find in the App Store.

Deleting items
Love the app but can not delete items that are double up also can not edit amount.
No support!
I received a broken vial and it was sent in a IKEA ziplock bag. Instructions were unclear and I have waited 5 days to hear from a provider. Still waiting
Moving on to a different provider
I have had it with the shipping and communications problems. My meds are always late. The last shipment was sent to the wrong coastline despite me having 5 confirmations they had the address change straight. My friends don’t get their meds either and we find ourselves having to pair up to keep from having always be 1-2 weeks late getting the medicine.

they recently changed the interface
and it’s much worse. it no longer shows GLP1 shots alongside weight check-ins which was the whole entire point of the app. i will be deleting and moving on because the app sucks anyway
