Worst driving school
Go to a different driving school, galadari is the worst customer service and na bookings are very slow and will take long.

Please don’t go for there offers.. after join they will not give you any support. For class no one will give you instant solution. For rta booking you will not find any near by slot- it will be after 15-20 days.. without any valid reason they will make you fail. When i ask for the reason they told me- i take time to marge into the main road- maybe the instructor didn’t see there is high traffic on the road and no option to marge and there is no traffic back side of me. Galadari totally waste of time and money- and important thing if you take test end of the months- 100% they will make you fail.. they need to earn more-
Don’t fall for galadari offer- when you taking admission they will told you- you will get 50% off for classes- after joining then they will told you only for 40 classes sir- you need to pay full.
Why you are taking more students- when you don’t have enough capacity. Full of harassment. Full motive making money-

App just doesn’t work anymore
All I get is a blank white screen. No text boxes or buttons or anything. At one point it was a (barely) functioning app and now it’s useless.

Poor customer service and extremely long call waiting on their toll free.
So i am writing this in frustation while i am still on call waiting to speak to one of the execs of galadari on their toll free number. Its been 42 mins and i am still in call waiting to speak to one of their execs. Thats how poor their service. They expect you to leave your work, you job and wait on call for one hour. I would never Galadari to anyone in my life. Snd i will make sure the reviews are posted everywhere so people are well informed. Not one of the worst but the worst driving school here in Dubai

Worst worst worst. Don’t register
Don’t 👏 register 👏 with them. Worst worst worst customer service on earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They chase you you for registration and after you’ve registered, they are going to desert you, you can schedule anything with them on time. Whenever they are being nice to you pre-registration, know that it won’t last. Horrible work ethics. Their front desk people were watching a video when I went in to ask them something, she pointed with a frown and even before I left, they were back in their phones watch and laughing. Wow. Don’t get fooled. I’ve not even been able to get help scheduling my theory test, I am done with them. I am losing 1050 but I don’t care, I chose not to get this treatment . Horrible horrible horrible.

Absolutely horrible institute.
Honest review, please do not choose galadari. You can read the other reviews and see what type of horrible shenanigans they are up to, and forget even that, even for the RTA tests it takes a hell lot of time to get dates and somehow from all the people i know most of the people who took galadari as their driving institution, tended to fail in even the RTA tests (a LOT), so either be prepared to spend half of your life and most of your earnings to get a license or go somewhere else

Waste of money
Never transact with those guys giving 50% discount, after asking for cash for file opening, eye test and online lessons, they will show everything is fine but will always ask for cash payment. Especially their agent name Hamza, for the exam and driving lessons he asked again for cash payment only which is around 1800aed. After I gave the money, he disappeared and I never got to contact him. I complain in the customer service, however, they are saying it’s a third party agent and only escalated the complaint. Sadly, after more than 3 months, I did not still got my money back and never heard of the guy HAMZA.

Nothing in the app works, nothing on their website works, i am honestly impressed st this point at how not even the most basic things work, genuinely nothing actually works. I cannot see my files, i cannot properly book classes, i cannot contact support. I am just astonished at this point.

Don’t join Galadari driving school if u want license
I have been a very terrible experience with Galadari Driving school they don’t want you to pass the exam and get the license , you will get 1 chance to go for any RTA test after a month or 3 weeks it’s horrible they don’t want you to pass they keep on saying they don’t have slot and lot of regions and the examiners always yell at you in road test before starting the car so that you get fail and which mistake you haven’t done they will put that , even for life time people they make exceptions like after failing 10 to 12 time they make them cheat and pass so they will keep you failing till ta they want how good are you in driving they don’t see . When you ask the Galadari head she will simply say it’s not on her hand and they can’t do anything about RTA exam , and they can add whatever they can add if u do 1 minor mistake then also they can put all major mistakes as well , if u challenge them they will fail you and make your life miserable. In other words don’t go there if you want license .They are doing business they keep failing you so you never get license and they can get more money out of your pocket.

Worst driving school
The drivers are not trained properly and they use too much mobile while teaching you. The drivers just want to complete their class nothing else. The guy who opened my file told all lie about the pricing it became just double once I started. The Branch representative will not guide you properly he will also give excuses while booking the classes and tells lie sometimes that the classes are not available and if you check with another branch the classes are available .There are hidden charges which I was not told and you have to pay before receiving your license. So, my recommendation is not to apply your license with Galadari at all it took me 1 year to get my license just because of the bad trainers and staff management.
