Freezes
I have an iPhone 17 pro and this games constantly freezes. It is unplayable

Why
It was really good. I was having a lot of fun but then all of a sudden I got reset saying stuff and now I lost everything I have it would’ve been such a good review if I could still have my stuff and I could change the server back to my server or at least make it so it’s not all my stuff is not connected to it. I need all the stuff that I’m just gonna restart the game to restart again. Please fix this.

Great game
This is one of the most fun mobile games I have played. It's challenging, has lots of free content and barely any ads. The gameplay is balanced and fun. I really recommend it.
Pay to play
The game is very fun but addictive. You get a free relatively easy 80-90 levels out of 1000 and then it is near impossible to advance without constantly paying for upgrades or collecting free in game currency and watching ads daily for several months. There are other fun modes but again, you must pay or wait for months to advance a little at a time. I gave one out of five stars since I can only realistically enjoy 20% of the game without paying my way through the game.

Bug Infested App with Non-Existent Customer Support
While the premise of the game is entertaining, one quickly becomes frustrated with the number of defects that exist in the game. Once a month, they will have a special event, but very little QA seems to be done, since there are several significant defects with each release and event.
To make matters worse, their Customer “Support” is basically non-existent. They take 1-3 days to respond, if at all, they do not read the cases carefully, and provide a canned response that doesn’t address the issue. In the likely event that a defect prevents players from earning rewards, they will reply with “we’re sorry for the frustration”, but never compensate you in any way. Beware.

I have bought a lot of gems. I am now encountering buying gems and not getting them even after providing proof I have paid for them. This game is fun. Players BEWARE, you will pay to play and you will also get ripped off.
