I get new galaxy shooters and I don’t get it when I start the round.
It’s awesome how you think that we try to get new shooters then we realize that we dont start with the new shooters for the round, I got a new shooter then when I got it I didn’t start with it, I’m stuck with this shooter you start with. Why make it have a chance to drop when all you can do is just let us pick the shooters we want for the round or to use for rounds, like why? If you pay for crystals you realize you spend like 30 or 15 dollars on a shooter that it is random drop.. scammers like you are mean you only want money money money.

Very unfair - Don’t waste your time
I quit for a couple of years, but I liked the game, so I reinstalled it. I have been playing again for several months and have been reacquainted with why I quit the first time. You are supposedly matched with people of equal power. However, when someone can get 6 levels ahead of you when you have not died, but they have died twice, it tells me they are not equal power. There are times when the algorithm wants you to win and you will get far ahead, but there are other times when the algorithm does not want you to win. It is so bad that I was playing someone and we were both on level 19. I had one alien left and it had gone offscreen as they do and somehow, I died 3 times when there was nothing there! How does that happen? I can only guess I was not meant to win and the game made sure I didn’t. Other times the opposition is offered the much better ship earlier in the game. Shouldn’t it be equal opportunity with each player being offered the same ship during the same round? Why can’t it be actual PVP without advantages for one player or the other? Disappointing.

I have 100’s if not over 1k hrs in on this game and after it all I can say it’s just trash. I stuck with it way longer than I should have. If you don’t play PVP it’s a fun game but if you are looking for a competitive PVP experience don’t bother. Like most games these days you can pay to play or grind it out. If you’re like me and grind it out for the better ships good luck getting them in a round. It’s supposed to be random but there’s nothing random about getting nothing round after round. I just played three rounds with someone talking trash the whole time knowing good and well I could beat them if only the game would drop my best ship that I spent so long grinding to get. Of course they got the very same ship three rounds in a row. Two of which they got early on which is basically game over. I’m sure this reads like a disgruntled cry baby so give it a shot and tell me what you think. Good luck!

I have been playing this game for months and have spent more money on this app than on any other app combined, ever (VIP level 11 out of 15 which is earned through spending money). Upgrading your ships is both fun and gratifying. I appreciate the various ways to play, including campaign mode (where you progress through multiple levels), one-on-one battles, regularly updated limited-time themed campaigns, and more.
So, why do I rate it so poorly, with only 1 star?
On multiple occasions, when attempting to evolve a ship (ie more powers), the system glitched, and the upgrade did not occur, even though my account was drained of the necessary stones or coins for the upgrade. Keep in mind that the items used for upgrading a ship are accumulated through purchases, freebies, and unlocking items as you successfully advance through various campaigns. In short, upgrading can take a long time and cost money. Also, merging hextech pieces and converting items (coins for items) during events often fails to deliver and you’re left holding the bag having spent resources/money without receiving the promised item(s). Totally sucks when this happens.
Despite contacting customer service on multiple occasions, they did not take accountability or address the issue. Because I really enjoy the game, and server issues/glitches happen from time to time, I looked the other way the first and second time, but this has now happened at least eight times, and as such, it's left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me question the integrity of the game and the company running it.

First off, I want to say I DID love this game. And then I started getting erroneous charges show up in Apple Pay notifications. The latest was over $20 for an in app purchase that I saw come across while I was on a conference call. 20 bucks for 12000 coins??? I was not even in the app. I reported to Apple. Either this company is scamming people who do make in app purchases OR they have a serious hacking problem they are ignoring. Either way…DELETED and will be monitoring to make sure I don’t continue to get charged.
