Galgorm stay
Everyone was so nice and the grounds and facilities were wonderful. Paul the doorman; Kathryn the receptionist in gift shop. Adam who came to our room with our bags & explained the spa setup. To name a few only because I don’t remember them all. All were very helpful

App looks the part but simply doesn’t work. Couldn’t check in, couldn’t get my virtual key and so far haven’t had my loyalty points added to my account.

Fantastic stay for my husband birthday , room quirky and very clean. Great facilities with coffee machine , little extras with bath outside and wood burner .

Signature suite
We booked the signature suite for my daughter’s 40th birthday and it could not have overwhelmed her more. Her husband and two young boys enjoyed the first night and then we took the boys home and let them enjoy the 2nd night in absolute luxury. She was so spoilt and so appreciative of all that the signature suite provided. The only negative was the time it took in getting into the suite, 3.25 but it was worth the wait. Many thanks galgorm for your attention to detail 👏👍
