We are sorry you have experienced this issue. Could you please try uninstalling your current app (v5.33.2) and installing the latest version (5.33.6) from Appstore. Useless & Frustrating App
So much for the alleged updates & bug fixes @AerLingus.
Still not had flight credit for all my flights dating back to 23 December’24 despite complying with what @AerLingus ask you to do, ie lodging claims.
Also, save your time & sanity & don’t bother calling Aer Clib Customer Service & listening to that awful repeating jazz track. Totally unhelpful & told me to email them🫣

The loading dots do appear when the app is loading but you should only see them for a short time, you may need to fully close the app by swiping up on your device and then reopening the app. If this does not work, we suggest deleting and redownloading the app to clear any data that may have cached. Thank you for your review.
