Terrible point m
Clearly trying to collect marketing data for sale. But the app is not well thought out or easy to use. Travel by region is silly. Most people have a destination. Makes it hard to pull up that destination.

Rubbish
Congratulations. You’ve delivered an App for BA Club members that is about as useful as the BA App itself for checking & booking reward seats. Chocolate & tea pot springs to mind. It’s slow & totally out of sync with the BA App. It’s shows availability that on the BA didn’t appear to exist. It’s also doesn’t reflect the -355 days booking window.

Usability is a nightmare
This app is the most clunky useless app.
Not good
50/50 whether you’ll get bonus avios despite using the link and it being recorded.
They’ll email you saying cannot verify information and you need to send all sorts of details and even then they have Stevie wonder reviewing the images so most of the information you send is missed, and rejected.
