Unable to link card
Signed up and downloaded the app today. Tried to add my card and said it was unable to add it due to some sort of update? Gotta give you a 1 because there is no additional information like how long the update will take, when I could try again. Basic stuff. Details were correct and expires end of 2026.

Disappointed
I can’t link my Barclaycard Mastercard to this which is the reason I opened the app. I only use this card for shopping and to collect all my Avios points but it won’t link. Why is that?
Useless - no longer works
Worked before but now after logging in it takes you to the Avios webpage which is not mobile enabled and renders it useless. When you find a brand that you want to collect Avios with you are unable to click the button at the bottom of the page no matter which way you have your phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled but till the same.

Terrible point m
Clearly trying to collect marketing data for sale. But the app is not well thought out or easy to use. Travel by region is silly. Most people have a destination. Makes it hard to pull up that destination.

Can’t book any flight with Avios points. Get to signing in and it crashes.
