Unable to link card
Signed up and downloaded the app today. Tried to add my card and said it was unable to add it due to some sort of update? Gotta give you a 1 because there is no additional information like how long the update will take, when I could try again. Basic stuff. Details were correct and expires end of 2026.

Disappointed
I can’t link my Barclaycard Mastercard to this which is the reason I opened the app. I only use this card for shopping and to collect all my Avios points but it won’t link. Why is that?
Useless - no longer works
Worked before but now after logging in it takes you to the Avios webpage which is not mobile enabled and renders it useless. When you find a brand that you want to collect Avios with you are unable to click the button at the bottom of the page no matter which way you have your phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled but till the same.

Terrible point m
Clearly trying to collect marketing data for sale. But the app is not well thought out or easy to use. Travel by region is silly. Most people have a destination. Makes it hard to pull up that destination.

Now not safe
This used to be such a good app. But now it doesn't work. When you go from say the app to Booking.com you get a message saying the app and site are unsafe and a security risk with third parties able to access your financial data. I used it for years but don't now.
Crashing after latest update
App opens then crashes saying Retry and nothing then happens. Useless

Every time that I open the app ,it’s stays on the initial screen,then displays that there has been a problem-retry ,I cannot get part this ,please resolve asap

Worked fine - latest update has caused lots of issues.
I switched off my nord vpn and it works fine now (never had issues before).
Additionally the alerts stopped working on Avios routes I wanted to buy flights for.

Can be glitchy but works well for the most part
App can tend to intermittent loading or click through issues, can often use web page to get round it

Loads then errors
App loads, then error message to say something went wrong, retry. This started happening directly after update to fix bugs! Worked fine for me before. App not performing now at all.
No longer works
After the latest update, the app crashes after 20 seconds and says “something went wrong, try again”

Just been asked to update app, now keeps saying “something went wrong try again “, my account keeps disappearing, update not working

Was working fine until the most recent update. Now keeps coming up with error “somethjng went wrong”. Useless
App has broken
The app was working just fine until last night’s update. Now it loads the front screen and then immediately says something has gone wrong, sorry an error occurred while loading the page. Only get the option to Retry by the problem persists
Absolute rubbish
Just done the new update and still has the same problem as the one before am now getting really frustrated with Avios as been trying to find flight for 2 weeks now 😡

Congratulations. You’ve delivered an App for BA Club members that is about as useful as the BA App itself for checking & booking reward seats. Chocolate & tea pot springs to mind. It’s slow & totally out of sync with the BA App. It’s shows availability that on the BA didn’t appear to exist. It’s also doesn’t reflect the -355 days booking window.

Usability is a nightmare
This app is the most clunky useless app.
Not good
50/50 whether you’ll get bonus avios despite using the link and it being recorded.
They’ll email you saying cannot verify information and you need to send all sorts of details and even then they have Stevie wonder reviewing the images so most of the information you send is missed, and rejected.
