No way to pay fare
This app is a total fail. Don’t waste your time. You can’t pay your fare, even though they show that feature on the screenshots
App doesn't appear as presented in App Store
I do not see anywhere in the app to choose a destination from a given station or anywhere that lists fares, as pictured in the App Store. Not very helpful.
Not very useful
Possibly one of the most useless travel apps I’ve seen. If you want to get somewhere on the LUAS you have to be familiar with it first. That won’t be the case for people who come from outside Dublin. Try, for example, to figure out how to get from O’Connell Street to Trinity just using this app. There’s no usable map showing direction of the tram - nothing of the kind so you couldn’t even use a map to get you there!
