Does the job but please update the app icon
The app does the job. But the app icon one of the most ugly icons I have ever seen on a phone. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Would be even better if the icon can be updated

Works great and saves me from carrying a proximity card or fob. I almost always have my phone on me but when I don’t I CERTAINLY have my Apple Watch…the thing is the app doesn’t work with the Watch. Lots of people calling for it so come on Gallagher, smash the watermelon and give the people what they want!!!

Very slow to be registered by a reader. Should allow users to add an Apple Wallet card and also use with Apple Watch.

Security issue
Our building made us go to this app and every time I try to open a door, my credit card from wallet constantly comes up when scanning to open a door. Several people have mentioned it at our office as well. This need a a serious look at! Be careful!
No Phone Migration
So it seems that this app doesn’t allow for iCloud backup, and no method to manually export and import to new phone. If I go into the apps settings and click on my credentials, it shows them encoded as hex values, both my key and the site key… but there is no way to create a new credential on new phone with this data??? So useless.

Not the most efficient entry app for boom entrances, always has issues when there’s multiple points of entry within a close vicinity. Self selection lags.
