Advertisement interruptions
It’s absolutely ridiculous that you pay for a yearly subscription (+5 years) and now advertising interruptions happen in the middle of live play. Do better, put adds while looking up stats if you have too. Keep it off live stream. Two thumbs down for management @ GC.
Not accurate
I am paying for the service, but the videos of the player I am watching is not accurate. It says the child’s name but has a different player there. So I’m paying to see videos of my grandson and instead it’s somebody else’s child. if you’re gonna charge for the service, make it right
Will not renew
As soon as my yearly subscription runs out I am done. Something shifted from previous seasons and 2026. The app lags and freezes and needs to be shutdown constantly as the game is frozen. It is next to impossible to watch a game from afar real time, which is the only reason I got the app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded a few times hoping it was a bug but it is not. The price jumped a lot this last year and the quality went down the toilet. Very disappointing for an app that was so great!

Ads for PAYING PREMIUM customers!
Regardless that you pay over $100/month you still have to watch stupid ADS and older stats and videos get erased. They’ve gotten greedy, we pay more….they do less!

Getting worse each season
We pay a significant amount for a premium GameChanger subscription, so it is extremely frustrating to now have ads in an app that we are already paying so much to use. What makes it even worse is that the app has become increasingly unreliable. It constantly freezes, glitches, or simply doesn’t work properly when we need it.
For families involved in travel baseball, GameChanger is an important tool for keeping up with games, stats, schedules, and following players. We shouldn’t have to fight with the app just to get it to function—especially when we’re paying a premium price.
If you’re going to charge users this much for a subscription, the expectation should be a reliable, ad-free experience. At the very least, the app needs to work consistently. Right now, the cost and the quality of the experience simply don’t match.

Great experiences love that can follow and watch my grandson and granddaughter play in North Carolina while I’m in PA
Ads-really??
Trying the free trial and the ads popped up when my granddaughter was up to bat. Not the way to encourage someone to get a subscription (especially when others who pay say the ads are an issue, too). Buffering was terrible too. Live stream is not very clear either. Someone will create a better product. I’ll wait for that one.
