Lately the app has been buffering a lot and pausing. Missed 80 percent of my granddaughter’s game. Could use some improvements

Messaging/chat
Overall, GC is fine but reading messages is confusing. Can you put the texter’s name on TOP of each message and also occasionally show the DATE with time- not having this is creating confusing for my team.

Password reset loop
Wasn’t impressed with what was getting without team paying for more features. Was impossible to get back into with saved password, and then could not reset it after many tries. Have a yahoo email but the reset kept taking me to google like a big loop.

Not great but I think it was more a problem with on sight camera not working well. I ended up watching game stream animation most of the time.

My husband and I are older. Sometimes a 6-hour drive is too much for us. We don’t miss a game and feel like we are there.

Live stream lagging and skipping when we have plenty of cell service. That’s the only complaint I have. Everything else is great

Prices on this app have skyrocketed! Everything requires different tier on prices. A lot cheaper options out there.

I never really liked baseball because I couldn’t figure out what was happening during a play. I usually couldn’t follow the ball so I was clueless. This program shows an animation of many plays. Finally, I don’t have to depend on the person next to me. And having a constant view of the scoreboard grounds me in the moment. ADD has always been a deterrent to enjoying a baseball game - look away for a minute and something important always happens. This app gives me tools to recreate the action. And I get to watch the grandkids from afar! Thanks.

Really helped with the schedules
Just an opinion
Have a spot where u can put start time of each game. As in when the coaches and umpire finish their meeting at home plate and coach turns around and will tell score keeper the “start time” but I have no where to put it. It would be awesome if there was a spot in scoring the game to put the official start time

Live view is terrible and pointless
The live view is incredibly hard to watch and always cuts out or doesn’t update. Total waste of $15. I will be cancelling my subscription.
BUG NEEDS FIXING
When looking at the teams stats the app keeps refreshing outing the four circles on the screen every 8 seconds
