New to GameFlip
Gameflip is pretty straightforward to use. Verifying my ID was a little frustrating, but ended up being that I was putting - between each 4 letter/number combination for my ID number. Other than that was really easy to use. I hope this helps somebody else to know not to do that.

The two factor authentication is horrendous
It keeps asking for the security code, I go to the settings and type the code it provides me in. Then it says the code that I put in is wrong. If you are going to make a two factor authentication process then do it right. Now I am locked out of my account and deleted my account. Oh I tried getting in touch with customer service before I deleted the account and when I click to get in touch with support it just shows a white page with nothing on it. If you are going to get a way to have to use a code then do something that actually works and not what you guys have going on.

An absolute horrible experience when trying to sign in!
I keep getting signed out, and have to sign back in. When I try signing in, the keyboard is blank, no way for me to sign in! What’s the point of this app, if I have to keep signing in, or can’t sign in at all?

I was super excited to use this app at first but it’s sketchy because I asked my parents if I can get something for Roblox but it asked for my dads Id and papers front and back my dad right away said it was a fraud and I believed he a thought a little more and realized what app needs pics of Id front and back NONE do so am going to stick with eBay and continue getting my game items on there
