When you start a subscription, you receive a 3-day free trial to explore the app and decide whether it suits your needs. You may cancel at any time during this trial to avoid being charged. The app offers three subscription options — weekly, monthly, and yearly — through Amaya Plus, which unlocks access to over 25 educational games. All of these games can be downloaded from the Library section within the app where the subscription was purchased. Our team has checked and confirmed that there are no issues with downloading content. If you’re experiencing trouble, please make sure your device is updated to the latest iOS version, has sufficient free space, and try restarting the device or using a different internet connection.
