Got the free trial but did not unlock the full game

I got the free trial and it didn't do anything but ask me again to get the free trial. Then it just doesn't do anything if you try and get the free trial again.

Can’t sign in or use subscription

Got a subscription for the full access and I can not sign in to actually use it. The login portion of the app does not work on the tablet but will work on my phone. But now it won’t let me share the subscription to the tablet. Wasted $50.
