What happened?

I used this a lot to check my grammar on things, it used to saved the chat history, kind of like how Google Bard does. But since it updated it won’t do it anymore. I used to be able to go back and forth and scroll back weeks and look at things. But it doesn’t give that option anymore unless I’m missing something now. The pro is that the responses are in depth and detail.

This might be a scam

Somehow I accidentally subscribed to this app. Now I’m trying to contact customer support to fix this problem and there is no customer support and not even a website that I can find. I’m going to work with Apple on this and maybe I can get this turkey of an app taken out of the App Store.

Scam do not bye

I can’t delete the app the owner must’ve coded it so you can never delete this app so if you’ve downloaded this app you’ve made the wrong choice because you have been scammed and I’ll track everything you do on your device that you’ve downloaded it on. Do not download it. This is a warning everyone so if you are looking to download this app do not download it because nobody knows what the company could do to you

Can’t actually subscribe

The free version isn’t bad but the premium subscription page doesn’t appear to let you click anything except the “x” to go back. Not the free trial, not “cancel”… it doesn’t even scroll down. It simply appears to be a frozen screen of ambiguous premium features with a free trial/weekly subscription offer at the bottom that doesn’t actually function as clickable links 🤷‍♀️

Either won’t work or has no idea

I used the free app and enjoyed it, but it’s limits made it too unpredictable to use. Much of it was wrong and repetitive too. If you asked it to rewrite a letter and shorten it, the letter will come back with one or more of the main points twisted into fiction. I thought trying the paid app would help with these issues, and be faster. I thought about the lifetime subscription but couldn’t get it with a trial.That told me not to pay for the for the lifetime subscription, so I had to opt for a weekly subscription with a free trial. It hasn’t worked once since I got the subscription. It won’t record my voice,and after text input, it tells me something went wrong and come back later. I have not been able to use it, so will cancel subscription and trial. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Is a lifesaver but has glitches

So I do use it every day and pay sometimes. My only problem with it is if I ask it more than one question it takes a long time for it to answer and most of the time I have to send question marks for it to respond or it will just buffer forever. I would give it five stars if it didn’t do this. Oh, and another thing there should be monthly options as well, not just weekly and one time.

A Google search provides more accurate info. I’m not sure what happened.

Mostly just annoying

I do like that you can exit out of the pushy advertising that pops up every time you open the app and still use a free version. Most apps these days don’t let you get past that screen, even though they claim you can still use a free version. The layout for their responses is terrible. They just combine it all into one big never ending paragraph. There is no voice option which is one of my most used chat gpt feature. The responses are lazy and too broad. 95% of the time, the bot can’t respond to anything after its first response, it just sits there and swirls the circles around as if it’s thinking. It’s bug for sure as I’ve waited several minutes before. Overall, it’s clear they rushed this to market to beat out others because it should definitely still be in a beta phase.

Charging money for the stuff that’s already available FREE OF COST!!!

This is totally scam, they are charging money for the tools that’s already available on google’s gemini for FREE. There’s nothing like premium services in this app.
