Need updates
Last update was two years ago. Problem with the device network, basket usage requires cloud syncing. No one is responding to emails and there’s no phone number to call anyone.
Can’t use basic functions/features
For my hydroponic garden, I can’t add the type of plant as it says network errror. The whole reason I purchased this hydroponic was the app feature
No maintenance
Their certificates expired again. Several weeks now, the app is bugging all over. Even the help form is not working anymore…

Was super excited to get garden and app but I can’t get the time to regulate.

Hi, friend ! We find a better solution, We have added the planting days of the plant in the upper right corner of the plant picture in the planting area. The calculation method is to count one day every 24 hours from the time that the plant is added to the planting area. hope to solves your problem
App Works better.
The app didn’t work when I first got it on iPhone I had to add the home using an android device cause the app works with those. So I updated the app since the reply and it works fine. I created a home just for the heck of if using my iPhone XR and it actually worked.
I tried to ask your company for help when it didn’t work and they were pretty rotten when I told them I didn’t buy the heater from the website. I got it from Amazon. They said “we’ll go ask Amazon for help” to which I was like “clearly Amazon didn’t create the app.” And it got nowhere.
