I’ve been using the app for the last 4+ years. I moved into a new housing development/neighborhood just before pandemic madness. I noticed that the pick up days were wrong as well as the recycle collection items.
I sent an email to the developers and most was corrected but some didn’t get caught until I reviewed the schedule again. This time sending the pride schedules for my address and neighborhood.
WA Co developer received, reviewed and promptly updated the information and has been flawless since.
Sad to say it has come time for me to delete the app since I’ve moved away from the area and sold my home. I have informed the new home owners about the app so they can have updated pickup days and know what items are available to set out.
I will miss you!

It’s so hard some weeks to remember what pick up week it is. We used to get the paper calendar but, no longer. This app takes the guess work away!!

Very handy to keep track of which weeks are yard waste, and which weeks are recycling, glass batty. Also does great notifying me about extra recycling and leaf drop off events.
On my new phone, the notifications aren’t quite right and I’ve checked everything. The notification message do happen and sometimes I see it. But I no longer get the circle with a number in it notification. I miss this.

Junk, address database missing many addresses

These notifications and updates during extreme weather events are very helpful
Helpful but prone to crashing
The app is helpful to keep track of what collection events are taking place each week. Unfortunately, the current version crashes when tapping event types (Mixed Recycling, Battery Collection, Garbage, etc) for more detail.

Love the app. Helpful for an old lady. Does extra recycled boxes (from moving) cost more when can is packed full? How about regular garbage in the smaller can? Can I place black garbage bags next to that can or would it cost more? Thank you

But now in the current version if you try to expand the upcoming collection category the app crashes. Scroll to a previous week and it expands ok and has the bonus effect of expanded the current week category.

They’re doing a dirty job and I’m thankful. This app. tells me what I need to know.
Used to completely love it
The badging of the app icon on the evening before pickup has stopped working. I’ve tried everything, including uninstall reinstall. I’ve read about this issue and the suggestions have not worked for me. I’m phone and tech literate. There’s a bug in the code, or an iOS release messed it up, or something. This badge is what I relied on. I still get app notifications, but if I read it and forget, or never see it, it’s 50/50 if I get the garbage out that evening. Just me and how my brain works. Maybe for others this is not that big an issue.

Got the app to figure out what I can recycle, reminders are a bonus!
I want to recycle all I can, and don’t want to “taint” my cart with items that can’t go in, so I love that part of the app. It work easier than the website and is really helpful as the list changes.
As all the other reviewers say, I love knowing which carts go out without having to guess based on what the neighbors are doing.

Practical and Helpful!
This app has helped me to remember not only that it’s the night to take out the trash but also what else goes out! Gone is the dilemma of trying to recall whether it’s recycling or yard clippings. And, I use it often to find out WHAT is recyclable. Very practical, easy to use and helpful.
