Impossible to access

Been trying since October to open my so called free years subscription won via 02 .Always referred to a different email address . And now told they need voucher code that I don’t have any more.

Informative magazine for the enthusiastic gardener.

I enjoy the diversity of the magazine, many good tips and ideas from the many gardens covered. The competitions an added bonus. Had great success with the many packets of free seeds, especially sweet peas, lowering all summer and this year into late October. Es t gardening magazine. Bonus, my subscription is free via Lloyds Bank, to whom I will e eternally grateful.

Customer service not good

I subscribed to the magazine I have the digital installed on my iPad I have tried unsuccessfully to rest the forgotten password cannot get a verification code via email nothing after several attempts I gave never had trouble with other digital magazine sadly on this occasions Garden answers cannot answer 🙄

Not working

I try to log in with my account, that works but it doesn’t log into the app, I’m left with a small box on the screen viewing content with the locked app behind, very odd that this error hasn’t been resolved.

Excellente publication pour les jardiniers amateurs mais il n’y a pas de suivi quant à l’envoi du magazine pour un abonné.

Bad review for a bad app

Can't keep downloaded issues to read later offline. Also can't read a single page in large text. Needs improvement!

App doesn’t remember where you are in the magazine

I think this is a fundamental functionality of any magazine app… When you stop reading it should remember where you were in the magazine and open to that page when you return. This app insists on completely reloading ('Kiosk is being updated' message) to the magazine cover and not remembering where you were—you have to scroll through the magazine to find the place where you were—very irritating!

Je trouve ce magazine vraiment excellent, en plus des judicieux conseils adaptés au mois, les explications sont très claires, accessibles à tous.
Les nombreuses illustrations donnent des idées d'aménagement et, en plus, font rêver!
Je reprendrai un abonnement lorsque celui ci sera expiré. Vraiment génial!
