We have used Garden Grocers for years now! The selection of products is great and the service is outstanding! I love using the app - quick and easy to place an order (especially with your favs saved from previous orders) and easy to make a change prior to delivery day. I love that I don’t need to be there for the delivery - life is already hectic enough at WDW!

So easy to purchase and have delivered!
We went to Disney World and we didn’t rent a car so I researched a delivery service and Garden Grocer was recommended. When we arrived my order was at the Bell station waiting for us. I was so happy I used this service. Everything I ordered was there, no problems. I would definitely use this service the next time we go to Disney.

Our food arrives when it should. Any issues are handled immediately(only happened once in the many years we have used their service). Very professional. I won’t use anyone else! Thank you Garden Grocer for taking this stress out of my vacation!

I have used garden grocers for close to a decade and 26 trips to WDW. I have changed resorts, updated order, added onto orders, deleted from orders. last minute, sometimes 6 months in advance. Staff is super helpful, accurate, always reliable. highly recommend
update 2022 still using them and have tried other services. Tried Walmart and although they were cheaper and there were no mistakes I had to be on property when they delivered. GG just leaves the bags and bell services. it’s a huge plus especially if your airline is late.

Do NOT use this company!
My order was missing two items that I paid a month in advance for. One item I had to have because of a recent surgery and Disney does not have this item. We did not rent a car so a grocery delivery service was the only way to receive the item. They didn’t return my phone calls/email for over 24hrs. When they finally delivered the item the other missing item was still forgotten. Don’t waste your time and order elsewhere; not reliable.

Not reliable
I placed an order for our trip to Disneyworld. We were shorted almost $50 in product. They would not answer phone or text or email or voicemail. I tried repeatedly to reach out to them and received no response.
Use Garden Grocer
Last time we went to Disney World I tried to save a little bit of money and tried a different delivery service. We paid a greater price than the few dollars we saved. We will never use anyone but Garden Grocer. In fact putting together my shopping list for our next trip this fall.

Excellent. First time ordering and would recommend them to everyone. Made our stay that much easier. Asked for delivery between 12-4 and got a text at 12:05 that our order had been delivered.
Awesome Service and Products
We have used Garden Grocer for 4 years while visiting Disney World. There customer service is fantastic as they always deliver on time and with the appropriate products. If something goes wrong the fix it quickly. We rely on them with every trip to provide us with items we really need.
Missing stuff, no calls back
This past November we ordered from GG and they missed multiple items in our delivery. Multiple calls over multiple days went unanswered. Finally got a hold of someone and didn’t even receive an apology just a “well we are busy so....”

We use them every Disney trip regardless if there’s 2 or 7 of us. It is so easy and convenient! Order on line as far out as you can and you get a discount. They have always been quick and reliable. One trip we were missing 1 item. It happened to be a multipack of beer. Not sure if it was missed in the order or if someone helped themselves to it at the resort. Either way 1 quick phone call and it was delivered first thing the next morning. Highly recommend them! Working on my next order right now for March.
