Unable to get this app to work as it always asks me to subscribe. Bauer failed to solve the issue so far after some weeks off to and from with emails…

Terrible service from Bauer Media
Once again Bauer Media have failed to properly transition to an upgraded app the service from them is terrible
Doesn’t Work
I have just taken out a physical and digital subscription and the app doesn’t work. It tells me to update the app. It’s the latest version and there is no update. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same. I’m paying for a service that I can’t use. I’ve messaged and got ZERO response. Waste of Time!

Rubbish Customer Support
I have been using this app for over 2 years without a problem when suddenly, the Download button failed to appear on 3 issue. Since first reporting the problem, and well over a dozen emails sent to/from Bauer, they have managed to escalate the problem to the point of completely locking me out of the App. It’s like a yo-yo, each time they say they have fixed it & I should be able to get back in, I try and I can’t!! Don’t even bother to raising a formal complaint to Head of Customer Experience! I have, twice, and haven’t had the courtesy of a reply!
