Sad
Been using this app and 3 of these cameras for years now. Now it won’t connect via WiFi no matter what. Don’t have an adguard on or vpn on or anything. Used to work flawlessly and now is completely useless. The cameras are still recording but I have to get a ladder out and bring it to the various trees just to check the cams on the cameras own screen when I used to be able to look at what they captured on my phone. What an absolute bummer.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you recently updated your iOS system? If so, your camera may need a firmware update to restore connectivity. Please contact our support team and we’ll help you update it and fix the issue.
No longer working
I have three cameras that I have used for the last four years or so. For the most part connection takes a while, but once connected, the interface is intuitive and easy to use. Warning to anyone who’s just received a security update on their iPhone, 9 times out of 10 the app won’t work for a couple months while GardePro works on an update/fix. That part is just bad.

Connection fails
This says it can connect via WiFi or Bluetooth. Most of the time it says connection failed. I got it to connect twice out of dozens of attempts.
I guess I’ll just have to lug a laptop into the woods with me to read the SD card the old fashioned way. I don’t have the patience for connection errors.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! For a smoother connection, please make sure you are close to the camera and that VPN or other network-interfering apps are turned off. If you continue to have issues, our support team is happy to help!
Connecting has gotten harder
Needs a better app. App used to connect in about 30 seconds, but now fails to connect even when near camera.
