Sad

Been using this app and 3 of these cameras for years now. Now it won’t connect via WiFi no matter what. Don’t have an adguard on or vpn on or anything. Used to work flawlessly and now is completely useless. The cameras are still recording but I have to get a ladder out and bring it to the various trees just to check the cams on the cameras own screen when I used to be able to look at what they captured on my phone. What an absolute bummer.

No longer working

I have three cameras that I have used for the last four years or so. For the most part connection takes a while, but once connected, the interface is intuitive and easy to use. Warning to anyone who’s just received a security update on their iPhone, 9 times out of 10 the app won’t work for a couple months while GardePro works on an update/fix. That part is just bad.

It’s ok.

Connection fails

This says it can connect via WiFi or Bluetooth. Most of the time it says connection failed. I got it to connect twice out of dozens of attempts.

I guess I’ll just have to lug a laptop into the woods with me to read the SD card the old fashioned way. I don’t have the patience for connection errors.

Connecting has gotten harder

Needs a better app. App used to connect in about 30 seconds, but now fails to connect even when near camera.

Stopped working, no resolution

The app has been finicky from the beginning, but about a week after the one year warranty expired (of course), it stopped working altogether. I uninstalled the camera and app, reinstalled it, called customer support, watched their videos, did everything I was supposed to, and it just will not start again. I can get no help from Customer Service. They seem to not care or not know what to do with their own product.

Great App

This is the first game camera app I’ve ever used, and it’s so easy to use. I’m really enjoying it. Best pictures and videos I’ve seen on a budget friendly camera.

Keeps disconnectiing my phone before pctires load

My iphone 14 this worked awesome but got an iphone 17 pro and it keeps disconnecting and or nit loadong the pictures need help with this

Fixed!

The app was working great when I bought the camera a month ago (I would have rated it a 5. Not now.) I got a notification today when opening the app today about how you can now preview the videos, etc. (good idea). You can’t. It won’t connect to live video. It will not preview as described. And will not play recorded videos. FIX IT to work as described!!!!!

Iphone17 issues

Upgraded to iPhone 17 and connection is weak. Can not get Live view to work. Almost unusable.

Unable to connect to the WiFi

I had this camera for not even 2 days and I got it to connect once and I went to set it up and I tried to connect it and now it’s saying unable to connect to WiFi

Can’t review all photos because it loops

This app used to work, but we recently started using the camera again and now you can’t view all photos without removing the SD card. As you scroll down, the thumbnails loop so it keeps pulling you back up. This completely defeats the purpose of a camera you can connect to by WiFi/bluetooth. Please fix!!!

Interval setting option has disappeared from app

For the time-lapse function, the option to SET the interval between shots has disappeared from the app. I first reported this months ago. Someone from the company replied to me weeks ago that this would be fixed soon in an update. There is still NO update!

Cellular works poorly

My app will say it has full battery and full signal. Then you try to stream and it says “poor connection”

Not connecting to cameras

I use this all the time. Then all of a sudden it stopped connecting to my cameras. I’ll go check them out and the camera is fine, it will connect to them then like 20 minutes later it won’t. It stopped working for one of my cameras completely and I trouble shot it still nothing. This needs to be fixed I don’t want to have to take down my cameras every time I wanna see what’s on the SD card.

App keeps acting up and not doing what it’s suppose to. Gives wrong battery percentage stops showing recordings etc etc. I guess you get what you pay for.

Gallery not available or sinking photos

They need to come up with a new update, gallery syncing photos for cellular not working properly. You have to go see them manually at the camera itself.

Requires full phone photo library access in order to download from camera?

Not giving the app full access to my phone gallery; I’m able to download images from other apps without doing so.
