It is very frustrating!
I have been trying for two days to get my Inreach Mini 2 to connect to my iPhone 15. I may just have to sell it at a loss, just because it has such a buggy activation process.

Too many setting apps websites hard to use not intuitive, asks for the same info over and over.
Son’s vacation
Why my son was on vacation. I was able to keep track of him and correspond with each other. It was totally amazing. We both love this. I would highly recommend it.

Not user friendly. Unable to delete threads. Turn off unwanted notifications. Earthmate is better.

Want to add contacts from your iPhone? Too bad, screen goes blank if you scroll down. But garmin will still gladly bump your subscription prices as they abandon any attempt at keeping their platform working.

Does not send messages easily.
I have all my contacts plugged in and no one is receiving messages from the Garmin messenger in Roach mini 3+. I’ve tried multiple different contacts and no one is receiving the messages. I’ve looked at YouTube to try to figure out how to send, and there is no way to contact Garmin on any of the apps.

Do not like this app
The Garmin apps an the Inreach itself have the worst user interface of anything I have ever used. Pointless. I hope if I ever need the SOS that I’m not laying on the side of a mountain trying to figure it out.

Device unpaired
Got this for safety to track husband. He hikes solo and is diabetic. App unpaired me in March and I can’t see his locations at all. No idea how to fix. No phone number for help.

App keep crashing and will send messages via wifi and cellular instead of gps.
Why would anyone need a garmin app to do the job a normal text app or watss app would do? If we need to send a message using this app it should be gps message only. Absolute garbage again.
