What's New in PI.FYI

3.0.38

September 10, 2026

- explore got a full redesign. category tiles, a places directory, filter chips and a proper grid, and it's fast. - making a top four got much smoother. the picker searches properly instead of glitching as you type, shows what you've already picked, suggests topics people actually recognize, and every pick keeps the rec behind it. - make three top fours and five credits land in your wallet, with a callout on the hub tracking how close you are. - see what your friends are into. friend activity shows on more discovery cards, and the people you follow carry more weight in what you get shown. - take control of your letterboxd diary. decide whether entries publish on their own or wait for you, and publish or hold back any single entry. - friday joy stories feel better. a proper home stories pager, saner ordering, and a smoother zoom in and out. - push notifications look cleaner. the sender's face on the left, the rec's picture on the right, no more of the same photo twice, and clearer wording. - search and filters inside scene feeds, so a busy scene is actually navigable. - editing a rec keeps the place it's pinned to, instead of opening empty and quietly dropping it. - ama answers read as answers now, with their own rows on your profile. - the widget stops going blank or showing stale picks. - messages and comments animate out of the composer instead of just appearing. - articles and posts use your theme's fonts, headings included. - a buuuuuunch of other clean up & improvements

Ich weiß nicht, ob das gewollt ist, aber: wenn ich Favoriten hinzufüge lässt es mich nur einen Buchstaben schreiben und sucht dann automatisch wieder nach einem passenden Werk

Wanted to try

Appreciate the idea but there’s too much going on I really didn’t like all the things it’s asking me to do. Also started off on the wrong foot automatically having a home feed of people I don’t know, so you’d have to clean it up I guess. I need simplicity!!

Not a fan of the new update/UI

I stopped using this app a few months ago and recently redownloaded it because I missed it, but after returning, I find the UI and features are way more busy and convoluted than I last remember. There's more features which make it more confusing, the UI is very glitchy and buggy (my navigation bar disappears often and I have to reopen the app to fix it), and I just feel a bit more claustrophobic when using the app in comparison to when I did when I initially downloaded it for the first time last year.

I really hope you guys will work on the bugs and also maybe fix up the amount of popups and buttons and busy things on the screen, it makes it feel a bit more clunky to use and I find it more difficult to focus on the things I'm trying to do/I end up accidentally clicking something I didn't mean to because I'm trying to look for another feature. Also, not a fan of the whole credits thing, though I understand the app needs funding somehow, I just hope you guys won't overly push people to buy premium or purchase credits with popups, labels, and banners.

Too many notifications

Really dope idea but don’t need 10 notifications a day guys about things I don’t follow. Respectfully uninstalled

Great concept but buggy app

I love this and I really want to get into it more, but the app is so buggy.
