found myself feeling so drained by social media instagram in particular and never even seeing what the people i follow posted. this feels so different ive made new friends, felt more anonymity, felt more comfortable to joke around and connect with others especially because commenting is the only way for people to see who is engaging with the post. it’s such a special and fun app and really feels community building like old social media was meant to be!

This is exactly what I wish instagram was! It’s a way to see what my friends and only my friends are up to. I thought I wouldn’t enjoy the acquaintances and shuffle features because of that but I actually really enjoy those too. It feels exciting and fun and like we’re at the beginning of something!
