Bigger Buttons

Garmin please please please make the buttons bigger in the CarPlay function. When you get a text message you can’t operate the bottom row until the notification disappears. Why are the buttons so small to begin with?

Good product but not actively developed

The CarPlay support for this has left it looking like a poorly developed app from a small developer and not a well known brand. I went with this product because it was from a trusted brand. There has been no effort in the last 2 years to bring this app current from a user interface perspective. App is functional.

Don’t bother

In all fairness, the app and the hardware works fine. But, it’s behind times and lacks many of the new features other companies have in their products. Many people have made many requests to have Siri or shortcut support, so that we can utilize voice commands. But it’s been two years and there has been no updates to this absence then. I am dropping Garmin PowerSwitch and switching to Novlight. Their hardware and software supports voice commands. And to make it even sweeter it’s half the price of garments PowerSwitch. If you’re gonna spend $400 plus on an accessory controller it should have voice command. Or at least some sort of automation.

Time for a Refresh

This app hasn’t been updated in 2 years at this point. Garmin, show us a little love over here and give this app a fresh coat of paint and a quick check under the hood to make sure you are following best practices!
