When I eventually get the app to log me in the mobile deposit keeps returning an error message. I now use another credit union for mobile deposits.
Beware of updates
With every update the app seems to get worse. I should have learned by now, but hoped this latest update would fix bugs. Alas, the app is even worse. Quick balance no longer works. Email function gone, and Face ID log in does not stay after selected.
New App Is Big Disappointment
A large percent of members are having problems with this newly "upgraded"? app. The employees at GASCU, (the majority are new employees), are trying to assist users by phone but members calls are not being answered and voicemails are unreturned because of the huge volume of requests for help. GASCU is losing customers because service and reliability has gone from SUPERIOR to POOR.

Update renders useless
The app was never stellar, but it worked for basic functions. However, with a new update it is completely broken. I reset the password as instructed, input code for continue to get error messages so the app is now useless. A classic example, if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.
Could be better
Shows you what you need to know but the app could be in a nicer format. I also often have notifications pop up saying that an error occured
Worse with every update
This app appears to get worse and more frustrating with every update. Apart from the frequent crashes, now the app doesn’t save log in, Face ID, and express view. I have to reset each toggle every time I log in.
Terrible app
Does not process/read deposited checks at all. Constantly have to retake to no avail. Please go back to old app as I live out of state and depend on this app to deposit income property into my Moms trust. Very frustrating.
