Great Product
This is a great product with only one flaw, which may be due to my slow internet, there is a fairly large lag time between when someone is in range of the camera, and my phone notifying me, likewise, I “see gate” and it takes some time to view, so people are knocking again before I can connect. Otherwise I love the features!

Canary purchased and shut down this product
It seems that Canary has decided to no longer sell or support the Gate Labs product. App is no longer functioning
App does not work’
App stopped working one day (no notifications) and has not worked since! Stay away.
Poor quality product
I purchased 3 locks and all 3 failed within one year. At first they functioned fairly well. As several months went by the locks would not retain a charge for even two days! One lock failed altogether. The company agreed to send a replacement. The replacement was never received. After multiple requests on my part and no response from the Gate company I had to replace the 3 locks. I would never recommend this inferior product. JLE!

Good for a lock but not a camera
This took forever to ship and she app is almost useless the notifications are super slow and it doesn’t even record things at the right time this thing is a joke if you want a good camera get a ring instead.
