Not user friendly

Barely works! The app always crashes and I go into panic anytime someone calls out of fear I’ll miss it and have to run to open the door for deliveries. Landlords please don’t buy!

“Forgot code”

Did not forget code just couldn’t read screen it was bright out, got one digit wrong and I could not get back to the Home Screen for FIVE minutes outside. Furious

I saw this system at a small office building in the Flatiron. Then after seeing it again at my friends building in the Village, I reccomended it to my property manager.
It has been over a year with Gateguard and it opens doors easily and reliably. Great support and service!

Needs a manual buzz

The app is fine. But if someone doesn’t know how to use the system (a lot of delivery people), they end up calling you and you can’t buzz them in manually.

Please add a feature to buzz someone in through the app without them buzzing us!!
