it will make you want to change credit unions
The MOST horrible banking app I’ve ever used. It’s actually frightening that this product is SO bad, and this company controls your money. It will log you out in the middle of a transaction , it will not let you in. The bill paying function is an absolute joke. Once I get things transferred, I will leave this CU simple due to this horrible app.

It is not my primary account, so I am not a regular user. I find it Extremely non-user friendly!
It always has an connection issue or password problems. And when you try to get it fixed!

Mobile Check Deposit Broken
Please fix the mobile check deposit feature. It used to work a few months ago! It’s obvious that you don’t have a testing group to ensure that bugs don’t make it to production.

Face ID and password issue
My Face ID never works even though I have selected that option in the app and my password never saves, causing convenience issues especially when the branch was closed due to Covid cleaning
Great Banking App
It's about time GMFCU got a smartphone app. I love it. I upgraded my review to 5 star because they eventually added “pending” debits and credits. When it first came out, it wouldn’t display pending transactions. I rely on this app so much. Thanks GMFCU.
Needs Landscape view
I use this app on my iPad, its easier to read when the orientation is landscape. Please update to include this feature.

Crashes after trying to login
The app keeps crashing after I login with FaceID. Used to work seamlessly; now I can’t even log into my app. Please fix.
New version locks up
Login screen locks and won’t take any keyboard entry.
