Inaccurate Times and Ignored Messages
No one replies to questions asked in this app. It's very disheartening. The times and availability are never correct, the staff changes times for things like Lap Lane Availability and never announces the changes. You find when you get there that they've decided to close the pool for the day. No explanation given.

I gave this a three, but it is mixed.
I love my YMCA, I love the activities. I love the people, but this new app they have Amelia is in my opinion worse than what they had before and it’s very difficult to maneuver around it to get it to do what it should do or accomplish what you want to get done .
so I actually give the Y a five star, but I only gave it three because of the Amelia App

It would be nice if I could sign up for a class
I keep getting a messsge to change my password and that I will get an email in a few minutes to help with that. I didn’t get one yesterday and I tried again today and still haven’t gotten an email.
Handicap
The facility is not easily accessible. The elevator is at the back of the facility while pool access is at the front on the lower level. A long hike for those having difficulty walking.

Very good experience with the app. Very clear and friendly to navigate 😃
