Unable to use it!
I received an email when I signed up and
Missed the email verification, when I figure out why, I looked everywhere in the app to have the confirmation sent again. This option is not available, went to the YMCA office only to be told that it was an application issue and that I should try there again, I have tried responding to the email the link was sent from only to encounter that it’s not able to respond. So far I have not been able to reserve classes, see class schedules or figure out how to get assistance. Extremely disappointing and difficult to get support.

In functional.
I reset my password. It emailed me with a reset pin. I entered it and it gives me an error message. It does not help me if I cannot use or access the app.
Can’t login to app
As many others have said, login is not working on the app. It never sends the password reset and it doesn’t accept the password even if it’s correct. Clearly the app is broken, not sure why it’s not been fixed…
Doesn’t work
I’ve had this app for the last couple years and have been unable to use it. I asked for a password reset many times and it never comes to my email address.
Can’t login
Says it’s login is invalid though I can login with same info online
