Frauds issues.
To many frauds on my
Credit card. I also was under the assumption that was not my responsibility that’s why I put my hard earned money was to help protect my little money that I have.

App Worthless—Often “Updating”
Good Bank, Horrible App — show info from “1 Week Ago” and “Updating,” so how much balance? Great people and Good Credit Union, especially in person.

Absolute joke of a bank. They’ve blocked my card multiple times for purchases all under $20! I would not recommend this bank.

Always helpful, polite and courteous friends. Even when I am being awkward and sometimes difficult. I am handicapped and I appreciate them to the MOON and Back!

No longer works on my phone
Please help! I can no longer use the gather app because it requires a new iPhone. Please release a previous app version for old phone users. The app gives me the option to use an old version but it just keeps looping back to the App Store instead of opening the app. Please help if you can. Mahalo Aaron

Decent, SLOW as Honey in Refridgerator
Basic stuff ok as any bank or FCU—can deposit checks, transfer and etc… SO SLOW in loading & screen to screen it times out… Kind of important these days to actually arrive at the screens you need… Please upgrade with some NVIDIA chips… Also, can you get more people from island cause mainland Customer Service can’t do ANYTHING to help… Save your money on call centers and hire more islanders or at least Hawaiians (or give call centers like one drop of power to do what members actually need done)… Mahalo…

CC bill payment
Big hassle trying to pay my bill the first time.
First, it looked easy except I couldn’t complete it because it lacked the routing number. THAT was suspicious. So I called the 866 number listed but he couldn’t help me.
He gave me a number to call which looked like I was calling locally but NO, Elizabeth was in Iowa. She couldn’t help me either!
Finally I got to talk with someone on island and she guided me through, BUT it didn’t show the statement balance, just the current balance.
Fix this.

Update 3.10.3
I can no longer use app on my iPhone. Will gather fix this inconvenience that it has caused it’s members?
It “was” a GREAT app!
Honestly,Gather really stepped it up with their app and all of the things that you can do with it. ILoved how I could keep track of everything and see all my transactions and add notes to explain where my money was going.
I really liked the app and IUsed it every day just to make sure that my funds were secure and weren’t being stolen by scammers. Unfortunately since this new update that requires iOS 16, I have not been able to get into my account at all. I spent the entire weekend with zero money because I didn’t have any of my money in my checking account where I could access it with my ATM.
I have an emergency that I needed money for and I wasn’t able to get to my money or transfer it because there was no way for me to get into my account just because I have an older iPhone that will only update to iOS 15.8.I’m also having the same problem with my iPad because I tried to install it on my iPad as well. IUse these two devices for everything I don’t even use a computer anymore. Hopefully They will make this app still available for people that have older phones.

Will not update.
I have a iPhone 7+. A iOS 15.8 .2 updated. Will not update to 16.00 version! Was working perfectly before FORCED update. Now unable to access my account. What NOW ??
