Unable to see updated balance or transactions
Unsure why but someone needs to fix why balance and transactions don’t reflect or show right away. It keeps giving a pop up saying “unknown error”. I would need to keep selecting any button until it finally shows which can take how many attempts. An inconvenience always.

Piece of trash app. I have citi, Wells Fargo, and whatever corporate crapchute app you have to use nowadays but the FHB app is a something else. Everytime I use this app I actually want to drive into a traffic so I can just stop using this god forsaken app.
Slower than someone with a bad knee
For a semi large bank you’d think everything would be quick. Transactions take days if not an entire week to show up. Transfers also take the same amount of time. Ridiculous.

I am most unhappy after being a customer for over 30 years that I cannot update because I have an iPhone 7. I like my phone and I don’t need to upgrade and now you’re making it impossible for me to do online banking with my phone. Not good for customers who prefer the phones that they already have. please make it better for us so we can use our phones!

Awful help response
The absolute worst help section of a bank I’ve ever seen in my life. They haven’t responded to multiple questions in over six months. Will definitely be reporting this bank when I get around to it. Can’t wait to pay off my loan and get the heck out of here.
