Useless

This app wasn’t helpful at all. Whoever designed it assumes people already know how to get around the city. Stops apparently have names and numbers, but you wouldn’t know while walking by. You also can’t tell what lines are going to stop by the stop. This is especially confusing in the center of town.

I feel like this could partially be remedied by adding the color, stop name, and stop number on each shelter.

The online map only shows stops by putting a T where a stop is located (no stop numbers, no local landmarks). The only actual attraction found on the map is the aquarium. Why not add other landmarks and attractions to the online map?

The best help was from each driver. They made sure we were on the right path and told us whether we should board or not. If the driver hadn’t told us to wait for the very next trolley, we would have gone in a 40-minute circle out before passing the same stop on the way back. The app, rather, made it seem like if we didn’t get on that blue line trolley, we’d wait at the stop for 30 minutes for a yellow trolley. Add that confusion to a 90 degree summer day, and free parking was almost not worth the frustration.

As is, this app was a waste of phone space.

Horrible app

No accuracy at all in this app. Wasted lots of time for nothing. Uber is the way to go.

What a waste!

This is the most ridiculousy cumbersome, and useless APP, I have EVER seen. I lived in Orange County CA for many years. On the few occasions, I used their public transportation, it took less than a minute, to figure out the schedule. Transportation systems have a timetable. That's all I need. What time each round of the trolley arrives at each stop, and a simple way of seeing how long it takes, to get to the stop I want.

Take a look at what a real bus schedule looks like: OCTA.net
I'll bet it won't take you long to figure it out.

I am trying to find out what time trolley arrives at the stop nearest my hotel TOMORROW MORNING, and what time that trolley will arrive at the Gatlinburg convention center.

Completely inaccurate

The app shows completely inaccurate arrival times and numbers running per route. Waited for over an hour for a blue route trolley. The app said there were three running on the route and consistently said one was 5-7 minutes away. Then would jump to 15 minutes with no explanation. We were eventually told that there was only one trolley running the blue route, but the app continued to show three running with constantly changing arrival times.

Bug- doesn't show results for the correct trolley line

We were waiting for a yellow line trolley at stop number 2.
The app displayed a countdown for the next trolley, but the only trolley to arrive at the end of the countdown was a purple line. There was no indication on the countdowns for what line their trolleys were for. Since there was an input field for the line color I had assumed the countdowns would all be for the line that I selected, but that wasn't the case. Needs work.
