Completely inaccurate
The app shows completely inaccurate arrival times and numbers running per route. Waited for over an hour for a blue route trolley. The app said there were three running on the route and consistently said one was 5-7 minutes away. Then would jump to 15 minutes with no explanation. We were eventually told that there was only one trolley running the blue route, but the app continued to show three running with constantly changing arrival times.

Bug- doesn't show results for the correct trolley line
We were waiting for a yellow line trolley at stop number 2.
The app displayed a countdown for the next trolley, but the only trolley to arrive at the end of the countdown was a purple line. There was no indication on the countdowns for what line their trolleys were for. Since there was an input field for the line color I had assumed the countdowns would all be for the line that I selected, but that wasn't the case. Needs work.

Yay Fun Public Transit; Confusing App
I love how the trolley system opens alternative opportunities for transportation and makes congested nightmare parkway downtown Gatlinburg more accessible. The map has some less user friendly issues that degrades the quality of the whole system. Notably looking at specific routes and selecting a specific route but pulling up all four routes arriving at the stop in the relative future is not readable. List the colors rather than the numbers at least; it reads as though there are four buses per route rather than 1-4 indicating the route. It’s just confusing enough where it muddles up where and when you should be there for someone not local to the area- which will be a large portion of the user base.

Poorly built
This app is poorly built and not easy to use. The trip planner defaults to another part of the state.
Horrible app
You have no way to show your location in relation to trolly stops. You have to know the names of the stops to find them on the map.
It asks what you want to know
What stop number am I at? GPS should take care of that. Shelters are not marked with numbers. What route do you want to take. Isn’t that why I want to use the app? Color schemes on all forms — Google maps printed map app — etc. are all inconsistent. Nice try but unusable.
Disappointed
This app doesn’t provide accurate times for the trolley arrivals. Correct times should be used for the app in addition to whether there is available space on the trolley for the stop you are checking from. We had the WORST EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT USE THE TROLLEY SYSTEMS AGAIN— EVER!!!
Worked Great!
Really great app and easy to use when putting in the stop number where you are or the color of the bus you’re on. Time updates were accurate. The whole trolley system was a gem for my family and I!
