Endlessly sending me around in circles. It knows I have an account but won’t let me do anything. So now I can’t pay drop off charges.

Who in their right mind wants email alerts rather than the previous in app and on phone notifications. Absolute corporate failure in changing the old app to this junk.

Cannot get flight updates as no live flight data. No live data on security times etc either. Seems pointless. Deleted.

Completely pointless if you want live flight information - can’t find flights either by flight number or destination.
Used to be great, now grounded
This app used to be brilliant — you could track your flight, book parking and lounges, everything in one place. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case (pun very much intended for an airport app).
Information is often out of date, particularly around passing through security, which makes it unreliable when you actually need it. Features that once worked well now feel neglected.
Disappointing for an official airport app — it needs a serious update to get back off the ground.

No Flight Information
I only used this app 2 or 4 times a year but it was excellent for live flight updates but now it doesn’t register any flight numbers or destinations so is effectively just a shopping app!
No longer working
Used to be a great app, now trying to track an arrival and nothing found, by either departure airport or flight number. Waste of time.

The app stopped providing flight information and alerts for a few months now … no new version as well, so seems like it has been abandoned … relatively useless now :/
Broken
A poorly written and executed app. Flight details not working. For such a huge company the implementation of this app is diabolical
Pointless app
I’ve no idea of the point of this app it does nothing. It used to be able to give gate info and other information that you’d reasonably expect but now it does sweet FA.
Website works better
This app is useless trying to find live arrivals. It just says no server connection and you can’t search by origin or flight number. But if I go on the website it works fine.

No longer works.
This app used to work, departures, arrivals etc. Add a flight number to search for something specific. For a long time now (at least a year) it has been ‘unable to provide information’. Friends of mine have the same issues so it’s not just my phone causing this.
Gatwick Airport: If you are going to have an app, make it work. If not, delete it and we can all just use the individual airline apps who provide a much better service.

Falls at the first hurdle
This app starts by offering to link you to your flight, up to 9 days in advance. I’ve put in flight No SQ309 for a few days now. Not found, even though it takes off 5 days from now. If I use the app to book parking, put in my destination & time - the flight No is displayed! So it’s in there but the app’s not communicating with itself ☹️. Doesn’t fill the user with a feeling of being in safe hands.

Useless
Can’t load live flight info, deleted and reinstalled, but it still doesn’t work. Great for shopping and dining, but in terms of essential passenger information, it’s a waste of time. Perhaps LGW could use some of their £10 drop off charge to build a decent app.
Flight information no longer works
Flight information part of the app no longer works on iOS 26. It just presents an error ‘Could not load departing flights due to a connection error’. Same problem on multiple test devices running iOS 26. Works fine via Gatwick website. Looks like a possible certificate expiry in the app maybe(?)
