Still waiting for payment

I joined this panel months ago and haven’t received a survey until may 2. They say it takes 3 days for payment. I’m still waiting for the payment for the survey I took on may 2. I contacted customer service twice and haven’t received a response. I don’t usually count on this app since I’m lucky if I only get one survey, which I have, but it would be nice to finally be rewarded for my time!

Signed up 3 months ago yet no surveys
Signed up over 3 months ago and never been sent not one survey. Reached out to customer service and was provided with a generic response but no explanation of why I haven’t been sent any surveys nor to when. Very disappointing to discover that this marketing company doesn’t live up to expectations. I will be deactivating my account as Gauge has shown absolutely no interest in fulfilling their end of their bargain and providing surveys. Good riddance and thanks for nothing. Onward to better survey marketing companies that fulfil their obligations.

I feel rewarded for being honest
I’ve been a Gauger since 2021 and have made easy money by giving honest feedback on everything from products to upcoming movie/tv productions. I believe it’s a convenient services for brands that are looking to do market research. It’s also her eat for people like me looking for east side money. I literally got a couch for half off using a gift card I earned on Gauge. Highly recommend this platform. The only thing I wish was that it had a referral incentive or additional incentive for the most consistent gaugers. I’ve done 149 surveys and counting so I’m down for the brand!

Was Nice While It Lasted
Great app when I was receiving surveys- made over $600. The surveys came in slow but at times were definitely worth it- I remember doing a few $50 surveys.

Extremely dependable
I have found this app to be extremely reliable and consistent. Oftentimes, I find myself featured in the newsletters because of my valuable opinions, so it makes me feel good to feel like I am being heard and seen. Not sure about all the negative reviews
I’ve been using this app for about 2 years now and I love it. No you don’t get surveys everyday but when you do get them they’re interesting and your paid fairly for your time. I’ve never gotten less than $10 for a survey and the better your interactions are the better surveys you get. This app is great will always recommend it to people that want to be heard and make a little extra pocket money.

Scam- always has been
I have $4 dollars for like two years now. It says I’m not eligible suddenly to take surveys? What even? How could I be deemed ineligible if you haven’t been sending them even?
The thing is, they’ve always been shady. Years ago, I watched a seminar via zoom. Promised a gift card for attending, awesome. Never did I get it. They wouldn’t even reply to me. Guess I wasn’t their target demographic.

The worst app ever
I downloaded this app months ago and there has been literally zero activity on it. This app did nothing but sit on my phone for months and didn’t provide me with any interaction whatsoever. PLEASE!!! Don’t waste your time with this app. It gives you NOTHING AT ALL!!!
Most horrible in customer service
I’m very disappointed in what gauge is becoming.. they're not giving any of us surveys they're always giving us the run around...and Gauge is not keeping their word. I haven’t gotten a survey since I even joined the app years ago in 2019. To not receive a single survey since joining a survey app is Not normal and it's unfair! I see other people around me getting multiple surveys a week or month and I have gotten absolutely Nothing since joining this app long ago.This app needs to change their customer service because they hardly ever respond back to us this app needs to change the way it disburses surveys out because it's not right that other users get sooo many surveys and many other people get none or 1 or 2 for the whole year. I have also tweeted the creator of this app, and haven’t received a response.

Never recieved a survey
I’ve had the app a month and have a PhD and have never recieved a survey. I contacted them about how to better my profile to receive surveys and never got a response.
Seems to have died
I used to really enjoy this app. The surveys were easy and fun and I was compensated immediately. However, since the new format I am unable to submit suggestions for events and people of interest. I keep getting a “too soon” error even though my last submission was months ago. I’m not getting any surveys either. I emailed support and got the usual vague response about partners etc.
I’ll hold onto the app for now, in hopes that an update will fix the problem.

Best paid surveys
Gauge has some quality initiatives and programs that they get the opportunity to research and I feel honored being able to provide insight. The rewards are great also
After update my balance was wiped out
I’ve been using Gauge for a long time. Always answered the surveys and made some nice extra cash. Got a survey notice today, clicked on it and the app had updated. No big deal. Had to login again. App looked much nicer, but then checked my account. The $40 I had accumulated was GONE! Found a clear history of my survey activity to prove the absence of the balance with no payout. Sent message to support, but got crickets. So unprofessional!

Hasn’t worked since last update
My gauge app hasn’t worked since the last update. When I open the app I just get a blank screen basically. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Thanks!
No surveys in months
The pay was cheap when the app actually did work, then they changed it so you need $5 minimum to cash out. I’ve been sitting at $4 for five months. The stench of death permeates this app as they keep insisting in replies to other reviews that surveys depend on their clients, and it’s clear they have NO clients. And apparently no ability to get any, either. I guess they’ll keep my $4 when they inevitably close down.

Great app UNTIL last update.
This app was great. User friendly, paid on time. Until the last update, now there is nothing.. Very disappointed. Not sure what happened? Really wish it would come back.
Once great app but no more
I have been using this app for quite awhile and it was really awesome, but something changed about six months ago or so I no longer get surveys and it looks like the app seems to shut down not sure what is happening. I report it but get no response.

Used to be a great app with surveys regularly. Have not had a survey in months. Very disappointed.
