Useless … did everything that User interviews told me to do . Sent messages to User Interviews and to researcher still after completing the task 3 days ago no answer from either . User Interview asked about their customer service .
Answered in a reasonable time but no resolution or response again and again. . I am done with this and I am not going to get paid for my time . Don’t waste your time!

Does not work
App consistently gets stuck with no way to back out or restart

App is broken, instructions are hard if not impossible to follow - As such they told I didn’t follow all the steps for compensation when it was impossible to do do

The app is not working. I have used it for 3 different studies by now, and every time the app freezes at a certain time, the instructions are not clear, or worse, even when they are, you can't execute the action they ask you to do because the button fails or because the site that it is supposed to be showing you is more like a static image than a real thing you can interact with. It is very frustrating because you try to complete it even then, but in the end, they would send you a message telling you that you didn’t follow the study rules or maybe might not send you a single message and just get away with your session without rewarding your participation.

Don't waste your time
Just say no to any studies that involve this app. It doesn't upload. (or if it does, they don't acknowledge it and you don't get paid. Tried twice. Over an hour of time that could have beeb spent doing literally ANYTHING ELSE.
