Big limitation for researchers
As a researcher using the UserZoom product in a heavily regulated industry, it’s frustrating that while their browser app allows screen sharing without recording their mobile app does not. This limits our ability to run use interviews when customer PII is shown. Some people just don’t want to be recorded and that’s OK, but as designed there’s no way to continue a session without recording.

Needs Improvement
If you compare them with other competitors, they’re sessions are way too long. Their payout prices are also way too low for the experiences they’re requiring. Do better!
