What an embarrassment
The user experience with this is just horrid. It took me just as long to upload my results as it took to take the 20 minute survey. I had to hit retry to submit probably over 100 times to get it to fully submit my work. I would not want this on my resume
Rarely works
I use this with usertesting as some tests require you to open the test in user zoom - it almost never works, it keeps telling me to ensure I have the app installed (which I do), and then on the occasions it does work, about half the time, the tests don’t upload - its super frustrating as it’s a waste of time and you don’t get paid for it.

Wasted my time and doesn’t submit
I spent good time doing a user research task and going through every section, reporting as I went. When it comes to submitting the results the app just freezes on a white screen and never finishes. Every time I open the app it asks me if I would like to finish the task but then just goes into the white screen. A complete waste of my time.

Continually Fails
App loads. Survey starts. Blue arrow with instructions shows, then the screen stops responding. Just a twirl in the middle and a dim screen without the arrow or any options out but to delete the app.

Disgusting
It never opens up on any platform , does jot identify links for invitation. i wish all other companies stop theor venture with User Zoom
