Rarely works
I use this with usertesting as some tests require you to open the test in user zoom - it almost never works, it keeps telling me to ensure I have the app installed (which I do), and then on the occasions it does work, about half the time, the tests don’t upload - its super frustrating as it’s a waste of time and you don’t get paid for it.

Wasted my time and doesn’t submit
I spent good time doing a user research task and going through every section, reporting as I went. When it comes to submitting the results the app just freezes on a white screen and never finishes. Every time I open the app it asks me if I would like to finish the task but then just goes into the white screen. A complete waste of my time.

Continually Fails
App loads. Survey starts. Blue arrow with instructions shows, then the screen stops responding. Just a twirl in the middle and a dim screen without the arrow or any options out but to delete the app.

It never opens up on any platform , does jot identify links for invitation. i wish all other companies stop theor venture with User Zoom

I get partway through a survey, then ‘connection lost’, yet other apps are fine. Sort it out!
Never opens
I follow instructions from survey page and click ALLOW but then it closes down I can never get passed the first page- it wastes my time

Stuck on one page continuously - filled out 3 times before giving up. No option to report issue on survey when open.

This app is a load of total bull hooks. This app didn't cost me any money, but I still feel short changed. You will be stuck in a revolving door not go anywhere on the app do not download.
