Does just what you need. OS grid refs to 10 digits and estimates of accuracy.
Does the job well
An app that does one job and does it well, with a uncluttered screen layout. I use it when taking photos when doing landscape surveying as I need to record both the coordinates and the direction the camera was facing. The only improvement I can think of would be the ability to copy the grid ref data on the home screen to allow it to be pasted into a spreadsheet app

When I had to change handset & system provider the App I just had to track down for my new phone was GB Grid Ref - reliable, simple and one of only a handful that give compass, lay/long & 12 fig grid ref besides advising accuracy. The only app for me!

Works well but I would like the bold grid ref characters to be bigger - like the direction digits.

I use this app on the odd occasion to verify my map and compass navigation position. Highly recommend this app to anyone who enjoys the outdoors life.
Excellent grid reference finder UK/IE
I used to make quite a bit of use of another grid reference finder (reporting road defects, marking wildlife sites, recording filming areas etc). I particularly like the facility to look up the coverage of an iOS grid square without leaving the app and going on the Internet.
This app is better. It has more sharing options than the previous one (maybe could add FB Messenger?). One feature this app lacks is the ability to convert an OS grid ref (other than your present position) to lat/long. If it would offer this in OSGB / WGS, then it would be great. Addition of maps would be perfect; though I expect licensing issues may be prohibitive for the developer.
Summary recommended.

No need for GPS
If you can read an ordnance survey map then, with this app you can place yourself within a few feet - no need for a connection.
Used over the western lakes and Peak District, never failed
Used again in Scottish Highlands aug2018.
Don’t worry about no signal- app worked to within 10metres. Just make sure you know how to use the OS map properly.
