Just look elsewhere
Gbank has been nothing but issues. Some days every transaction declines, other days everything goes through, so it’s basically a coin toss whether my card will work. Today my card stopped working again, and when I tried to log in, I suddenly couldn’t access my account at all. Changing my password didn’t fix anything, which is nothing new with this bank.
The app itself is okay and there’s not much to complain about—but only when it actually works.

Declined issues
Ever since I got the card I can’t even use the card online or physical. Just keep bringing up declined payments
Great Credit Card
Great cash back and was approved with a nice credit line. Set up had some nuances but manageable for a competent person.
Fraudulent company
Applied for credit card was approved and then I was ask to send in documents which I did and it went through with no problem and then I received a response saying they can’t offer me a credit card I never received a letter from the company. I requested for credit inquiry to be removed . Don’t apply it’s a scam

Way too complicated to link a bank account and make payments. UI is completely garbage. Will use this card until I get the bonus and then happily lock it away forever

To set up auto pay you need to first add a payment method, wait a while then verify it manually, and then connect it to your card.

Account setup doesn’t work
Just got this card and cannot recommend. Cannot set up the account with a username and password. Not user friendly. Terrible experience so far.
