My app freezes
My app freezes when I try to log in! It won’t even let my type a letter at all … not a happy camper! I have had the app for a long time and update etc. Therefore I can’t see what’s new with my level etc. Nor do I even get mailed out information anymore or any gifts etc.

Can’t connect existing account
Trying for 3 days now. Keeps saying “Sorry, there was a problem with the network”

When I try to login/connect my account I get an error message and I am unable to connect.
Can not connect to the account
I can not connect my account after i type my member account# and my rewards pin. When i press validate member, it s loading all the time with no any reaction
