Nothing works and it keeps freezing.
Again useless app
Just when I start convincing family and friends GCB is the best, they started disappointing me. For almost a year the app doesn’t recognize my login details so I have to use the same login details to login on the web all the time.
Incompetent App
Why can’t the Ghanaian get anything right? Banking has evolved and it’s very unfortunate GCB hasn’t been able to catch up with time. This the worst app I’ve ever used. Given the incompetence GCB has shown in this regard, I’m moving my funds to my Ecobank account. I can’t trust my funds with these incorrigible incompetent lots. I’m very disappointed that I can’t log in or do anything meaningful with this app. It’s useless! I wish I could give a negative 5 star rating. Tweakaaii

Signing in Issues
I live at the United States. Ever since I downloaded this app, I haven’t been able to login with my correct username and password. Even accessing my account on the website takes a lot of clicks before I am given access to login. GCB should do something about it. This is a Financial app, it shouldn’t this messy. A lot of people are giving negative reviews on this and I haven’t seen any improvement. Cyber crime is at high stakes and a financial institution like GCB shouldn’t have apps crashing down. Review your app if possible RE-code the app and make things easy and accessible for all.

Worst banking app
Someone must be fired, if you are being paid to do this job and you are not doing it well, then you don’t deserve to be there. Just common app with a tap to open taking forever to open and the screen flicking like black and white tv screen. The app won’t open , can’t even differentiate if is an app or web site page . I hope this app doesn’t have COVID 19.

Account holders outside Ghana
I’m not pleased with the fact that I cannot access my account outside Ghana on this app. What are you doing about that???

Very sorry for your inability, kindly send a request mail to customerservice@gcb.com.gh, requesting for assistance to register for the internet banking service please. By so doing, a username and password will be generated and sent to you via email to login and access your account using the app or a browser to manage your account.
Impressed
I think everything is fine just that users should be able to edit their profile when they log in. Example phone number , address etc because It’s quite a long process to get in touch with customer support to get these basic things sorted
Useless app
This app is completely a waste of time. Cannot use my password. You send details per username or email but get back a response. A more accurate and reliable app is required.
