Frustrating App
There is no ability to search for a particular park. You need to select the date and state then scroll through and they are not in alphabetical order. Stick to the website
Camper
Very difficult to use. Suggest App developers undertake User Acceptance Testing. Will be easier to simply ring the park and make booking over the phone.

Longreach tourist park
Don’t stay in this park, the toilets all smell of urine. In the male toiles there is a leak from the only one working. There is no shade as most trees have been removed. The bathrooms are just dirty and all have 1 machine that is out of service.
The camp kitchen is filthy one door is falling to bits, the door is held together with a sheet of not going to guess.

User Friendly, and Easy
I use G’day Parks app for every trip. It’s so handy for checking park details, booking on the go and finding the next place. Highly recommend!

Terrible App. Won’t allow me to log in can log in on web browser but not app. So can’t use any of the features 🤦🏻♂️
App does not recognise me
I have tried numerous times to login but to no avail. Like others before me I give up! The website has no issue recognising me and allowing me to login but the app is worthless. PLEASE fix this!!! I would give it no stars if I could because I can’t get in the app to even try it out.

Doesn’t Work, USELESS. A booking app that doesn’t accept bookings.
Tried using the app multiple times on multiple devices. The app does everything, except, allow you to pay. After entering itinerary and payments details the screen says ‘please wait up to 60 seconds for processing’. The BOOK NOW button does not work. So all in all Useless. Can’t make a booking
They want you to use it but it must have bugs because I tried two devices and both won’t process a payment.

This was a fantastic park so quite plenty of bird life, great surf club just a short walk. We will be back
I can’t even log in
I have signed up and paid for membership. I can log into the system using the web browser with no problems but the app keeps going back to the log in page. Uninstalled and reinstalled and tried again but same problem. Even tried a different device. I give up!
Who made the app???
App developer ever tried this app himself yet? So many bugs! So hard to use, I remember old version 4-5 years ago was fine. Why this updated new app is so useless?? Hard to find my bookings, hard to find how many nights to go another level as it always said 0 nights. And trying to find a park is nightmare in this app, it constantly disappears whatever you just typed in (location). Needs tons of improvement.

Booking process
First time booking on this app. When you press book nothing happens. Has a disclaimer saying will take up to 60 seconds but nothing happens after many minutes. Frustrating as you don’t know if you have a booking or not and ringing the caravan park is always leave a message and we will ring you back
