Poor user interaction and offers loyalty bonuses for clients but doesn’t exist

Whenever i try to use the app in order to use the offers , it doesn't work, nor will they give you the offers at the counter.And even thought i am not a first time user and ive made many purchases through the app, it still says i am new and doesnt give me any new offers.
