Misleading information in app
The app will tell you that your Rx will be ready soon and that it is being processed when it won’t actually be available until the next day.
Loading issues
A lot of loading issues. Whether I’m using my data or my WiFi.
Pathetic
More people than ever are using GE Pharmacy due to Rite Aid closing, and this pathetic app hasn’t been updated in over three years and it shows. Come on.
No payment option
I was very disappointed when I learned that giant Eagle was my preferred pharmacy for my plan because although they are very lovely people and good at what they they need to come into the new millennium. Can’t you pay for your prescriptions and have them delivered easier? I don’t want to come into the store. I am not 80 years old. I don’t go to the store. I order my food and I get it delivered and I would like that for my scripts as well.

Terrible, login never works, app needs overhauled
Get it together GE, this app is trash.
Very buggy
This app is horrible. I haven’t been able to log in because it won’t accept my password and username combination which I’ve reset multiple times. Then when I try to use my email it tells me to use the password that was used with the older version of the app????
Needs work
Many issues but my biggest problem is the app shows a RX has been filled even though the doctor never got it verified with insurance and it was never picked up.
Can’t contact anyone
The app lacks a real way to contact their developers only has pre defined Ai selections and answers; but more importantly can’t contact the local pharmacist through the app at all!! This MUST be a feature!!!
App not working at all now
Recently (over the past few days) the normally working app is not working at all. It is just a blank white screen and even when I delete and re-download the app it doesn’t help.
App is not useable
Unable to use app to create an account The creation process requires entering your birthdate. When you select the month the down error will not scroll down beyond November to select December
iOS 26 Tweaks the app! Plus required to reregister after iPhone upgrade!!!
iOS 26 freezes the app! Sad excuse for an effective app. Plus, After Upgrading from iPhone 15 to 16, I couldn’t login to this app and had to contact tech support. I was told I had to Re-register from the start as if I am a new app user! Are you frigging kidding me?
Pharmacy not listed
My store pharmacy in Pickerington Ohio is not listed. Not useful if I can’t select my store. Same on website. Store has been there for many years.
refill status fails
App not updating to show refilled or in progress status. this has been happening for weeks. How am I supposed to know when I have refilled a med or when ready for pickup?
Worst App
For some reason this app does not work on my iPhone 13. It works fine on my older iPad. On my iPhone I cannot log in, even though my login credentials are saved and are the SAME credentials used on my iPad. I type the email address and password EXACTLY as it appears on my iPad (which works) but I receive an error message on my iPhone. Why?? Why?? Why?? How can the app work on one device and not on the other? They are both IOS.

Needs FIXED!
You can NOT refill a prescription from this app. It says filled but, when you go to pick up your prescription it’s never filled. The pharmacy said the app doesn’t work. Please update your app or remove it!
User interface desperately needs an update
Works like the took the webpage and just tried to slot it into an app.
Unreliable
App is not useful. The pharmacy will move a prescription from in process to filled and back to in process. I’m wondering if this is to massage their numbers internally since the amount of time for a simple refill is ridiculous. I would avoid Giant Eagle pharmacy entirely but, if you must use them, avoid this app.

Notifications never work
No matter what I do, the notifications for my prescriptions never come through. I have to go into the app to check if things are ready for pickup or refills.
Needs work
The app could definitely use an update. There is no way to know if a particular medication is on auto refill.
