Yes, the app is glitching. There’s not a whole lot of features to it after using it for a while now I don’t like it as much as I used to. There needs to be an easy way to to look at your claims. There needs to be a lot more information on the dashboard.

Completely unacceptable from this caliber of importance.
Couldn’t look up a practice to see if it was in network (it is) but when I search retina, it’s coming back Radiation Oncology, only I searched my name of place, not specialty. Went to report the app not working, on the app, and of course, there’s no submit button. Garbage.

Do better, you make plenty of money off the backs of patients to pay for a competent dev team
Does not Function
Can’t even login or use FaceID. App is crashed and goes nowhere.
